Your donation to the Building Careers Foundation (BCF) directly fuels workforce development programs that prepare individuals for successful careers in the homebuilding industry.  Every dollar you contribute helps provide essential tools, safety gear, and hands-on training opportunities that prepare participants to enter the workforce with confidence. 

BCF also partners with local schools and community organizations to raise awareness about construction careers and connect individuals to job placement services. 

100% of the funds raised are dedicated to creating a future-ready workforce. While 90% of funding comes from grants, 10% is sourced from generous BIA member donations—BIA dues do not fund the foundation.
